Europower Technology Pte Ltd (“EUROPOWER”) - a Singapore registered Joint Venture
between IPS Group Pte Ltd (“IPS”)
and Silver Wings Holding Company Ltd (“SW”).
Both partners are industry leaders in generator set assembly and regional distribution.
The joint venture agreement was signed in August 2007.
IPS is among the leading local enterprise in Singapore with diverse business interests
in Asia and SW, a company registered in Hong kong with various subsidiaries and
offices in China distributing industrial and marine engines, and generators. Cummins
engine generator is among the well establised brand that it carries.
This joint venture provides both partners a common platform to expand our presence
in the fast growing markets in Asia and Africa through our appointed sales and service
dealers. The complementary strength of each partner will enhance EUROPOWER position
to gain a stronger foothold in the power generation market.
